How to make chocolate… the healthy way

Yes, chocolate can be healthy for you provided it’s high in cocoa and low in sugar.

Cocoa has more antioxidants than green tea and red wine! It also contains high level of flavonoids (epicathechin) that have cardiovascular health benefits. Pls note that the benefits arise from raw cocoa and chocolate with high percentage of cocoa and low in sugar, NOT milk chocolate. The latter has less cocoa content, more milk, sugar and other artificial ingredients. Oh, and higher calories too.
